"i mean, the bulk order was fine but a bit slow"
i mean, they did handle my bulk order without any major issues, but the communication could’ve been better. The updates came in later than I expected, so I was kind of left waiting around for info.

"Double-check your award order when it arrives"
I ordered three awards, and unfortunately two of them showed up with the wrong names on them. Customer support did eventually help, but it took longer than I expected to get a response. If you’re ordering for an event or deadline, I’d recommend giving yourself extra time and checking everything as soon as it arrives.

"I was surprised by how nice this..."
I was surprised by how nice this award turned out. The glass was really clean, the engraving was clear and easy to read, and it had a solid weight to it too. It just felt a little more high-end than I was expecting...

"Customization was right, but shipping was disappointing"
I ordered a customized award and the text and logo came out pretty much exactly how I entered them. The spacing looked good too, which I was a little worried about. I was disappointed that shipping took longer than I expected, so I can’t give it 5 stars, but the actual customization was accurate and looked nice.

Customer service was actually really helpful and got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. That said, I was a bit annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear at first, so I had to figure out what was going on. Once I got connected with someone, they helped me fast.

"Engraving turned out really nice"
I ordered a plaque from Successories, and I was a little nervous at first because I always worry I’m going to get fooled by something that looks better online than it does in person. But the engraving came out clean, sharp, and easy to read.

The spacing looked good, and all the names were spelled correctly, which was a big relief. There was just one tiny spot that looked a little lighter than the rest, but you really have to look closely to notice it.

Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out. I’d give it 4 stars and would order again...

"Pretty darn good quality"
I ordered a small award from Successories and it looked better then I thought it would. It had a nice solid weight to it, the engraving was clean, and it didn’t feel cheap at all. The shipping box was packed good too, so it showed up in perfect shape. I’d definetly order from them again

"Looked nice at first, but didn’t hold up"

Overall, I was happy with the shipping. I ordered a few awards from Successories and they got here sooner than I was expecting. The tracking was simple to follow, which was nice. It did end up taking one extra day past the first estimate, but that wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything arrived fine, so no complaints from me.

I ordered a plaque and was a little nervous about how the print would come out, especially because there was some smaller text on it. When it arrived, I opened it up right away and was surprised by how sharp everything looked. The small text was easy to read, the colors looked normal, and there weren’t any blurry spots or weird patches. It ended up looking even better than I had pictured, so I’m really happy with it.

I ordered a couple of awards from Successories, and I was genuinely pleased with how everything arrived. The packaging felt sturdy and well thought out, with nothing shifting around in the boxes.

"Great first impression and easy ordering"
My first impression of successories was a good one because the site was easy to figure out right away. I was ordering a few recognition gifts and didn’t have to click around forever to find what I needed, which made the whole thing feel painless.
